Most of the “Candida” we read about today is directly related to low stomach acid. I have found very few cases where this wasn’t the case. Best low stomach acid cure? Apple Cider Vinegar. 1-4 Tablespoons, straight off the spoon. I have seen really sick people need as many as 16 TBSP in one day before. But then a funny thing happened, they got healthy. ACV is a QUICK Candida remedy. One of the quickest I’m aware of. Candida diets take a LONG time to work, and most supplements are complete garbage. Stick with the basics.
