Flatulence

Flatulence refers to the buildup and expulsion of intestinal gas (flatus) that is formed by the fermentation of food, incomplete digestion of foods (especially common carbohydrates) and/or swallowing of air. The gas buildup is alleviated by burping or by passing gas through the anus. [divider]. [tabs]. [tab title="Symptoms"]...

    Hi there,
I have just completed a 4 month candida clense with Dr McCombes Plan, I have had lots of gas during this 4 months and it still continues today. I have always had some gas on a daily basis but nothing to be concerned about. But now if is still there and it is slowly getting back to normal. Could it be because of the candida clense I just did and it will just take a little time for my body to adjust to not being on the candida Plan. The only thing I feel I am not already doing health wise is that I need more magnesiun in my diet and I need to eat more slowly and not so fast like I do and to chew my food longer. Can you suggest any other things I might need to do to assist with this issue. Many thanks Dennis

Your gut flora has been destroyed by doctors forcing antibiotics on you so your food does not digest right. Take live probiotics and it will fix itself. Natren is a good brand that worked for me.
