My Mom was diagnosed last spring with hyperthyroidism and her doctors have her taking some very scary drugs and she keeps having anxiety attacks/asthma She couldn’t make it for Christmas because of it. I don’t think that they tell her enough about the symptoms and they are keeping her totally in the dark. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, one drug counteracts the other and also cause extreme side effects. She has been so healthy all of her life until last spring with the exception of some pretty severe allergies to what I believe to be no more than dust. Well I guess I have to convince her that she needs new doctors…..
