In fact, many healing traditions, such as Ayurveda, the healing system of India, and traditional Chinese medicine, regard impotence as a sign that overall health is declining. Caution: Impotence, especially in men 60 years old and younger, can sometimes be an indication of undiagnosed heart disease...

    Hi Pamela,

May we suggest that your son looks into ways of improving his blood circulation, cold glans is a common problem and most look to an impoved circulation to resolve it.

    Kind Regards

Are you familiar with the term “cold glans”? My son-in-law had intravascular micro surgery because lack of blood flow to his penis 2 yrs ago. They took a healthy artery from his abdomen and connected it with one of the arteries in his penis. The spongeosum (also connected to the ‘head’) does not swell as it should, and is cold to the touch. He is 28 now, 26 at at the time of the surgery. The surgery was performed in San Diego by Dr. Irwin Goldstein a specialist in the field of “Sexual Medicine.” Although there have been slight improvements, not enough. We need to find answers to the root causes and also to find a remedy. If anybody has any information please email me at, and
    Our most sincere thank you

How do I get my husband in the mood for sex? He is 49 and we have been together for 10 months. He does not have much of a sex drive. He can get an erection but it is not as hard as he would like so he takes viagra. Please advise. It also takes him a long time to come to an orgasm. He is otherwise in good health and we practice good eating habits and don’t really drink alcohal. He does smoke cigerettes though.

What about the inability to last more than a few minutes? My fiance and I have been together over 2 years and have sex almost everyday. Could it be related to diet? Is there anything that might help him? He doesn’t smoke at all or drink very much, is in excellent shape and very active. I don’t think it is a psychological problem, but I could be wrong.
