Kidney Stones

Clear water

Kidney stones are accumulations of mineral salts that can form anywhere in the entire urinary tract (kidney, bladder, the ducts in-between, or the ureters), and primarily occur because of calcium (oxalate) and/or phosphate that has come out of solution. If left untreated, the stones can block these areas of the urinary tract, causing pain, bleeding, and other problems. [divider]. [tabs]. [tab title="Symptoms"]...

Chanka Piedra (Spanish for “Stone Crusher”) is great for prevention of kidney stones and UTI’s! Also look into kefir grains to make kefir water as they are amazing for dissolving stones, great for kidney and liver function and have about 60 other health benefits. If you have recurring stones, I would strongly suggest getting your calcium levels and parathyroid levels checked. Most people, including doctors, don’t have much knowledge about these tiny little parathyroid glands that regulate calcium and hormone levels in the body. If one of these 4 little glands is not functioning properly it can cause constant formation of kidney stones and have some serious long term effects like osteoporosis and complete kidney failure. Definitely worth getting checked out!

A great cure is Chanka Piedra (literally means break stone) you can nuy it as a tincture and add it to water or capsules or tea.

“The Spanish name of the plant, chanca piedra, means “stone breaker” or “shatter stone.” It was named for its effective use to generations of Amazonian indigenous peoples in eliminating gallstones and kidney stones. In Brazil, the plant is known as quebra-pedra or arranca-pedras (which also translates to “break-stone”).”

Green papaya is the most natural source of plant that I have seen and used in the past that it would help to minimize the pain from UTI and kidney stone. Here is the procedure:
    1. Buy only green papaya and cannot be ripped.
    2. Remove the skin and seed and cut to 1′ or 1 1/2″
    3. Place chopped green papaya in the pot and sprinkle little salt to taste only and bring to a broil. Turn the heat down to medium and cook for another 10 min.
    4. Serve 4-5oz everyday in your diet for seven days
You will not feel anymore pain and the kidney stone will not come back fast.

My Father has suffered from kidney stones for a long time now, and i am really worried. It seems that lemon juice really helps.
