I’ve found that sipping some water with some fresh ginger in it helps settle a nauseous stomach – either hot or cold water, obviously if its hot it infuses the ginger better but crushing/cutting up some pieces and putting it in a glass of fresh cool water helps too. And yes Nux Vom is bloody brilliant!!!!
Fresh air is a winner as well :)

I’ve found that sipping some water with some fresh ginger in it helps – either hot or cold water, obviously if its hot it infuses the ginger better but sometimes after a night out when I think I’ve overdone it a tad I’ll just cut up some ginger and put in in a glass of cold water and put it by my bed. In the morning I’ll sip it and it seems to help keep the hangover related nausea at bay. And yes Nux Vom is bloody brilliant!!!!
