my son has now found a program that works for him with Herbal Magic. It is somewhat costly, with the recommended supplements, but he has lost about 40 pounds in the past 8 months or so … so is doing really well. A friend of mine was also on the program and lost a good deal of weight and recommended the program. Obviously won’t work for everyone, but it can be a good option.

My husband has to lose weight – about 50 pounds is his goal. The problem is he works in North Dakota hauling oil and works nights so for 12 hours he is in a truck. He is looking for a diet plan that would work with his schedule – he takes a cooler with him as he has no facilities to stop for food. What about Nutrisystem to help him. Do you think they have healthy food and would it work for his lifestyle. He gets one week off a month so daily excercising is extrememly difficult with a work schedule of 12+ hours. Any help would be appreciated. Lynda Smith

    Hi Lynda,
We are doing some research into this at the moment. We have looked at the capsules and from the suppliers we have looked at,the ingrediants contain Magnesium stearate. As a result of this, we would not recommend this product.

Does anyone knows what site i can order the HGC from?
    Is it recommended by KT?

  11. paul-nies / September 15, 2011, 6:08 pm

Wes, that’s the HCG diet. No one seems to have answered you. I know u asked in June, but there it is. Look up that line in google so:
“A cure for obesity was discovered by a British medical doctor in 1959. You can lose up to 45 pounds in 30 days and the weight never comes back”
..and it will return the sites to check it.

HCG works, I have a friend who did the homeopathic (even tho this is not really promoted or recommended), but he lost 14kg first round & is doing his second round next week. He lost visceral fat. now wants to lose more, esp man-boobs. He went from a 107 (trousers at heaviest), but averaging 102, to a 92.

On the front page toward the bottom it has a list of things that have been done. One is:
A cure for obesity was discovered by a British medical doctor in 1959. You can lose up to 45 pounds in 30 days and the weight never comes back!
Where do I find that article?

We (my wife and I) started eating a nice breakfast of whole rolled oats with fresh fruit. Then we go for a two mile walk. For lunch we have raw organic spinach salads typically with tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with occasional mangoes with homemade vinaigrette dressing. we usually follow this with vigorous aerobics ;)for twenty-thirty min. For dinner we try not to eat after five pm. usually consists of one lean protein such as alaskan salmon or organic chicken with a fresh steamed veggie like asparagus (something green). It is imperative to eliminate any form of soda pop. water is best if you need flavor try salada green tea. We’ve been doing this for six weeks and have lost approximately 16 pounds each! good luck

I’m wondering whether anyone has a medical professional they could recommend/suggest that could help with weight loss issues. My son has had problems for approx. 10+ years, been to nutrionists, gym workouts, doctors, specialists, etc. A problem with his pituitary gland has been discovered, which is being monitored on an ongoing basis, but no further action is being taken at this point. Despite being fairly active overall, he is frustrated and concerned with his weight, and anxious for some help and positive results. He’s 30, 6’4″, 300+ lbs., and we live in Manitoba/Canada
I would appreciate hearing from anyone with possible ideas, experiences, suggestions… Thanks!
