    On October 17, 2012 I had my right wrist x-rayed and found out just being a sprained.

    I had a sprained ankle that was very painful. It was extremely painful if I applied pressure or stretched it. Fortunately, I went to Dr. Clement Lee he is on this website list of recommended Homeopathic doctors for Los Angeles Area. He did prolotherapy and I was able to walk normally instantly. I saw a podiatrist first and he told me I needed to wear a boot for 3 weeks. Fortunately, I didn’t need to wear the medical boot after being instantly healed by Dr. Clement Lee.     I recently had a grade 2 ankle sprain and I am extremely grateful to have found the H.E.M. ankle rehab system by Scott Malin http://www.rehabanklesprain.com/index.aspx. This program works extremely well and it’s easy to do and affordable. Trust me, you do not want to immobilize for at least 3 weeks like it says here. And the traditional RICE method also goes out the window. If you have a sprained ankle, try the H.E.M. method, I was walking within 3 days and my recovery has been speedy and fantastic so far.
