Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), whether natural or synthetic, is based on the incorrect assumption that your body becomes incapable of producing appropriate amounts of hormones simply because we reach a certain age. Your body does alter its hormone production as you pass through the stages of your life, but hormone problems are a function of how healthy you are, not how old you are. This myopic viewpoint has caused thousands of deaths due to HRT causing cancer.
Natural hormone usage has grown since synthetic HRT has been deemed toxic and a potential cancer risk. Millions of women are now using synthetic, natural "plant-derived" and compounded/synthesized "bio-identical" hormones. In all the research and thousands of tests, before and after, that I have analyzed it’s quite clear that bioidentical hormones, synthetic hormones and natural hormones from the health food store can create toxicity in the body. Due to the usage of BHRT, levels of estrogens for example could be elevated 10 times higher than normal ranges.
Any type of HRT disturbs the circadian rhythm (chronobiology) that normally occurs throughout ones life. When the circadian rhythm is disturbed it affects the sleep cycle in scientific studies. HRT actually slows down and eventually shuts down the body’s innate ability to make its own hormones and creates dependency on the HRT.
The problem for the consumer is education about product safety and the fact that, in my opinion, mass marketing and greed victimizes women. Even natural progesterone, estrogen, and wild yam creams can cause an extreme toxicity in hormone levels as seen in thousands of before and after Advanced Five Element Saliva Tests (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Therefore, if women’s normal progesterone range is 100, and they are using a progesterone cream, even if it is BHRT or Wild Yam, the level may jump to 60 times the normal level of progesterone and become a toxin burdening the liver while throwing off the ratio between other certain hormones.
An advanced saliva test, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Clock, should be performed on every person. The difference between this test and so many others is that specific times of organ function may be tested accurately - including hypoglycemic events and diabetes. Most important is that initial base line hormone levels are determined, before, during and after usage of any medication.
Any hormone replacement, whether it is natural or synthetic, actually causes the body to slow down the production of its own natural hormones, including melatonin, DHEA, progesterone and human growth hormone. HRT does not treat the cause of any problem, it only addresses — and perpetuates — the symptoms.
Moreover, life-threatening symptoms can be easily camouflaged by using natural hormones. A virus, bacteria, parasite or drug can stress adrenal cortisol levels causing hormone imbalances. When cortisol levels become stressed, a patient can experience hot flashes, depression, mood swings, hair loss, and weight gain. If we use natural hormones, it is similar to placing a band-aid on the health concern - instead of treating the cause. For example: A patient with undiagnosed Hepatitis C or Lyme Disease can easily have hormonal symptoms of hot flashes, low libido, insomnia, emotional changes and just plain exhaustion. If hormones are used to address the symptoms, the body may stop communicating the symptoms. Symptoms point the practitioner in the direction of a correct diagnosis – the real underlying cause.
Since women are no longer willing to accept the risks associated with synthetic hormones, and are searching for safer alternatives, they are vulnerable to the marketing concepts of natural hormone replacement - portrayed as a safe answer to HRT.
A natural, homeopathic approach to balancing hormones begins with saliva testing and using detoxification, nutrition and homeopathic medicine. The advanced program is included with each saliva test, incorporating diet, nutrition, detoxification and exercise.
RE-EDUCATING GLANDS AND ORGANS
First, Saliva Testing:
A circadian rhythm is a roughly 24-hour cycle in the biochemical, physiological or behavioral processes of living entities, including plants, animals, fungi and cyanobacteria (see bacterial circadian rhythms). The term "circadian" comes from the Latin circa, "around", and diem or dies, "day", meaning literally "approximately one day". The formal study of biological temporal rhythms such as daily, tidal, weekly, seasonal, and annual rhythms is called chronobiology. Although circadian rhythms are endogenous, they are adjusted (entrained) to the environment by external cues called zeitgebers, the primary one of which is daylight. Below is a circadian rhythm chart showing physiological reactions related to the circadian rhythm.

First, let’s briefly look at one of the chief causes of most hormonal problems. Hormone production is effected by stress.
The prominent field of Psychoneuroimmunology has researched the effects of emotional stress on the human body to find that stress is an important factor in immune related problems. The marker used to measure stress is the adrenal steroid hormone, cortisol.
Hormones are a powerful influence over all physical, intellectual and emotional behavior. Prolonged exposure to stress may be devastating to the body and mind.
My research from assessing twenty thousand salivary tests before and then after using a homeopathy and nutritional detoxification protocol indicates that low cortisol stress is more common than high cortisol stress. Although if the cortisol is very elevated, it may soon plunge to a low level.
However, test results indicate that when two or more cortisol levels are elevated, there is a strong probability that the patient has diabetes or a genetic predisposition for it. If one cortisol level is elevated, it may indicate hypoglycemia. This can be treated most effectively with safe homeopathic medicine.
Making wise choices in your health care will heal the body. Detoxification every 6 to 8 months will keep your body’s filtering organs in optimal condition.
