1-2 cups of fresh or frozen berries
1-1/1/2 frozen bananas
1 apple, cut into chunks
1 T high lignin flax seed oil
Add just enough water and blend until smooth.
1 scoop organic raw whey or rice bran protein powder
1-3 pitted dates to sweeten
1-3 tsp unsweetened carob or cocoa powder
1/4 tsp – 2 T Spirulina, Blue-Green Algae or other green whole food powder; the health food store has many to choose from
1-10 ice cubes
