This is a standard, basic salad dressing for all occasions.
¾ C organic, cold-pressed sesame oil, or extra virgin olive oil
¼ C organic brown rice or umeboshi vinegar
2 T organic wheat-free tamari or soy sauce
Place ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Shake well. Taste, and add more soy sauce if desired. Makes one cup. Refrigerate if you don’t use it all. Halve the recipe if you like.
